Empowering All Women is a UK-based charity organisation committed to supporting women who are held back by self-doubt, fear, or past experiences. We help women overcome limiting beliefs, build lasting confidence, and reclaim their power through transformational activities, community support, and partnerships with like-minded charities.

Empowering All Women is more than a platform—it’s a movement. Founded by Nekita Paul, also known as Koach Kitah—charity lawyer, public speaker, empowerment coach, events consultant, and author.

Meet our Founder

Nekita Paul also known as “KoachKitah’ is a lifestyle Guru and coach (LLB Hons; LLM); She is Lawyerpreneur with an LLM in Business Law from the University of London. She an outgoing, diverse, multi-tasking career woman, who is fulfilling her life’s divine purpose by encouraging and motivating others to find and fulfil their life’s purpose. She does this through mentoring, coaching and empowerment speaking. She is also the author of “How to empower yourself and get more out of life” a motivational book to help women in their life’s journey.

She has founded EmpoweringAllwomen.Org a charity and Women’s organisation with a global mandate to empower women to be all that God has called them to be inspite of themselves. EAW’s main aim is to build a women’s network of powerful women who know who they are and will face life and its challenges with all they’ve got, letting go of all their limiting beliefs along the way.

Nekita is passionate about MENTORING PEOPLE, SELF DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP and living a life of PURPOSE and IMPACT.

Nekita hosts regular women’s conferences bringing together women experts for paradigm-shifting and life-defining conversations focused on empowering women to excellence.Nekita believes everyone woman has a voice and should use it to affect her sphere of contact. She desires to see women overcome the challenges life throws at them and live life in its totality, achieving all things they can conceive to do. Her passion is empowering others leading to freedom all areas including mindset, wealth, financial and emotional areas his giving them freedom for things that matter to them most like family.
